The question behind the build.Introduce the boats and the trips
Blue Escape Trips offers boat rental and private cruises in Zakynthos. The website needed to introduce that experience while helping visitors understand their options, explore the boats and decide how they wanted to spend their time on the water.
Our brief covered both the design and the build, along with the services needed to put the website to work. That included custom integrations, WhatsApp bookings, hosting, email migration and technical SEO optimisation, all within one direct client partnership.
The goal
Help visitors choose a trip and enquire
Visitors needed to see the boats and destinations, then find out whether a trip suited their plans. We wanted them to be able to ask the team about availability and arrange a booking while browsing the site.
Our scope also covered the WordPress setup and hosting, alongside email migration. These needed to be handled as part of getting the website and its supporting services ready for the business.

The boat pages bring photography and practical details together, with routes to check availability.
Our approach
Design, development and business setup
We designed the pages and built them in WordPress, using photography alongside boat and destination details. Visitors can explore the options before contacting the team to arrange a trip.
We also delivered custom integrations and the WhatsApp booking connection. Hosting, email migration and technical SEO were included in our scope.
Design and build as one project
We handled both the design and the WordPress build. The pages introduce Blue Escape Trips and give visitors photographs and practical information about the boats and destinations.
Arrange bookings through WhatsApp
WhatsApp gives visitors a direct way to discuss their trip with the team. It connects browsing with the conversation needed to answer questions and arrange a booking.
Build the custom integrations
Custom integrations were part of the website build. They supported the booking experience and the business’s day-to-day use of the site.
Handle hosting, email migration and SEO
We provided hosting and migrated the business’s email. Technical SEO work was also included in the website delivery.

The client reports that website bookings accounted for 65% of income in the first year. Visitors could explore the trips online and speak directly with the team to arrange a booking.
