Clinic websites with a clear route to an appointment

Help visitors understand your services, find the right practitioner and take the next step. We build clinic websites and appointment platforms, with treatment information and booking requirements agreed from the start.

Make the next step easy to find

A visitor comparing treatments needs different information from someone ready to book. We plan those routes separately and agree where the website hands over to your booking system.

Treatment information
Pages for your approved service descriptions, consultation process and any pricing you choose to publish.
Practitioner information
Profiles using the names, photographs and professional details your clinic approves.
Booking journey
A route to your existing booking provider, an integration or a custom platform, depending on the agreed requirements.
Different audiences
Separate navigation where patients and other visitors need different information, such as the practitioner training pages on Sculpt Clinic.
Editing and handover
An editable website with a guide for the staff responsible for keeping service information current.
03Before the build

Agree the content and booking responsibilities

Your clinic supplies and approves the treatment descriptions, practitioner details and other clinical content. We need to know who reviews that material before it goes live.

For booking work, we first review the provider, available integration options and the information each step needs to collect. Access permissions, data handling and any specialist review requirements belong in the scope before development starts. Hosting and ongoing support are agreed separately.

04 / Questions

Before commissioning a clinic website

Can the website use our existing booking system?

We review your provider and the integration options it offers. A direct booking link may be enough; an embedded journey or API integration needs a separate technical scope.

Do we need a custom appointment platform?

That depends on the booking and administration tasks you need to support. We compare those requirements with your existing tools before proposing custom development. Consultdoc is an example of our custom appointment work.

Who approves the treatment information?

Your clinic is responsible for supplying and approving clinical information and professional credentials. We agree a named content reviewer and review points during planning.

Can you separate patient and practitioner content?

Yes. We plan navigation and page structures around the different audiences. Sculpt Clinic includes treatment information for patients and separate practitioner training pages.

What should we send for a quote?

Send your existing website, the services you want to cover and the booking provider you use. Include any requirements for practitioner profiles, multiple locations or different staff access levels.
